1. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. How long does delivery take?

After processing, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of order placement.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak periods.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Guangdong, China using established U.S. carrier services.

5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

6. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@prescott-mode.com
within 12 hours of placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, operational cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. What is your return policy?

To start a return, please contact info@prescott-mode.com for return instructions. Returns are processed at our U.S. return centre located in Guangdong, China.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

If an item is defective or incorrect, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

9. How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
