Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective items:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for returned items until they are received.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
Once confirmed, customers may choose between:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by Prescott Mode.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
